We have a 30 minute band loading zone right in front of our building located at 14 W Martin St. A parking guide for downtown Raleigh can be found here. In general, street parking is free after 6pm Monday-Friday, and completely free on Saturday and Sunday.

Shows are usually 21+, unless otherwise noted in the event description. For all ages shows, there is a $5 fee for anyone under 21, payable at the door. You must have a valid ID (Drivers license, passport or state issued ID card) if you are over 21.

Neptunes does not serve food but our sister bar directly above us, Le Dive serves food! Grab a bite and drink or grab some food to go!

Yes, day of show tickets can be cash or card at the door. We do have an ATM available in the club, but you can avoid a surcharge if you bring cash ahead of time.

We do have some seating against the walls of the club as well as seating at the bar. For the most part, though, we are standing room only.

We make a strong effort to start shows at the show time listed on the website and Instagram. Bands generally play between 30 minutes to an hour each. Come rock with us!
